Different life lived
With window shades drawn?
Not sure
It’s your long division problem to solve
My thoughts are two-tone
Like a whisper through a megaphone
Loud enough to hear
Across Irish acres of me
These things I say
Are truly what I believe
I try to write with tact
But others move much too fast
Graceful on their feet
And I can’t compete
Impulse is the theme
Nothing about this routine
Love and passion redeem
Will mold the clay of who I’ve been
Words behind the verse: acres, Irish, graceful and impulse
